Refund Policy

CNR Productions provides live entertainment, production services, and event-related offerings. Due to the nature of this work, all sales and bookings are subject to the following refund policy.

Event Tickets & Public Events

All ticket sales for public events produced or hosted by CNR Productions are final sale, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds are not provided for failure to attend an event, late arrival, or personal scheduling conflicts.

If an event is cancelled by CNR Productions, ticket holders will be notified and offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future event. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new date.

Refunds may be offered at the discretion of the event organizer.

Private & Corporate Bookings

Deposits for private, corporate, and custom events are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes private parties, corporate events, hosting or performance bookings, and custom productions. Deposits secure the date and compensate for preparation, planning, and loss of availability.

Final payment terms, cancellation timelines, and any rescheduling options are outlined in individual booking agreements. As a standard, cancellations made two weeks or less before the event date will incur a fee of 50% of the total contract value, and cancellations made one week or less before the event date will incur the full contract balance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a booking, notice must be provided as early as possible.

 

Rescheduling may be accommodated at the discretion of CNR Productions, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

CNR Productions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to illness, emergencies, venue issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, clients will be offered a refund or credit as outlined in the booking agreement.
